Sunny-Side Up Breakfast Pizza @ Café Parvis
Café Parvis is a café by day, a cool, casual yet trendy restaurant by night. They serve homebaked pastries, granola yogurt and decent coffee during the week (grab-and-go), pizzas and salads during lunch hours, and more pizzas plus tapas to enjoy with their alcoholic drink menu at night. And on weekend mornings? Walk into this indoor garden and feast on breakfast pizza and quiche to kickstart it right.
Run by the same team as Furco, Café Parvis definitely has that retro and swanky décor as well yet offering a much more accessible vibe. It gets hyped at night but the noise level is manageable to hold a normal conversation with the person sitting across. One thing though, I’m still extremely curious how the heck do they water their beautiful draping greens?
Breakfast pizza $14 – (thin, light dough Mexican-style pizza with avocado, sour cream and a sunny-side up egg) – Um basically the 2 best things that can ever happen at once: pizza & breakfast/brunch!
Classic Quiche Lorraine $8 (cheese, ham and eggs paired with salad) – It could be a personal thing but I find the quiche a little overly salty, overpowering the roundedness of a classic quiche.
